well i am kinda going without my usual format today because well i just feel like ranting so here we go. First of all I have a new obsession, and its the blog of Laura Swisher former co-host of Unscrewed with Martin Sargent on the train wreck that is known as G4TechTv (it was so much better when tech tv was their own network *sigh*). Anyways aside from being mind blowingly hot the woman is freakin hilarious. Dry humor at its best at least i think so. her blog is lauraswisher.blogspot.com read it all 2 1/2 people who read my blog. hmm what else...dammit I had something else I wanted to say oh well while I'm trying to think of what it was I'm gonna make another comment on how hot laura swisher is and I bet she smells good too hmm that sounded bad lol oh well not like I'll ever see her in person. oh yeah back to the G4TechTv thing. From the first time about it back when I worked in the cotton in the massa's house aka echostar I immediately thought this is going to suck why you ask it simple G4 sucked from day 1 its a dumb idea a whole network about videogames??? to me thats not just something to base a whole network on and this is coming from me an avid borderline hardcore videogamer. TechTv on the other hand was great it had a really broad range of programming. It had something for everyone from your hardcore hackers, and modders, gadget freaks, novice computer geeks and hardcore computer geeks, gamers, and the majority of the people hosting and co hosting the programs were fun loving good natured people. It was still a niche network but still had a broad appeal and then they merge with a crap network like G4 which has seemingly forced most of the original techtv staff out and gotten rid of some shows altogether. it sux it sux it sux did i mention it sux. I knew things were going down when Sumi Das the goddess of tech tv left but who knew it would be so bad. um what else Bush is still president so that sux ballzak but we all knew that (yay for democracy i wish i knew what it was like). On a happy note I recentlly found out that A Tribe Called Quest is touring together again, and also Digable Planets is back together in the studio, and on top of all that the Fugees reunited a couple months back to perform at chappelles brooklyn blockparty, lets hope the rumored album from them is for real too. I figure with De La Soul and Brand Nubian back with new albums its time for some more old school acts to get back in the studio if they can get along that is. some i'd like to see are Leaders of the New School the group bustah rhymes got his start with, or how about the Poor Righteous Teachers they did some good stuff. Oh and they're not old school but Blackstar, and Reflection Eternal need to do it again (ie Mos Def and Talib Kweli are Blackstar, DJ Hi-Tek & Talib Kweli are Reflection Eternal). not to say there solo stuff isn't hot cuz it is but i like them better together. Why do I want these groups to get back together you ask...ok so you didn't ask but I'll tell you anyway cuz krunk sucks dick there i said it. Lil Jon as funny as he is sucks, TI sucks, Ying Yang Twins suck. Bling Bling/Gangsta/pimp rap needs to go away its a whole bunch of people saying the same exact thing, wearing the same exact clothes, doing the exact same videos again and again. i don't know what bothers me more that they still do this or that people are still buying into it. I'll admit there are songs from this groupiing I like but dude its just old now wear as some of this other stuff is just timeless you can't beat it the groups i want back and that are coming back all had alot of integrity in there music you could tell they were putting their best foot forward most of the time and weren't only trying to sell records. they were definitly trying to sell records don't get it twisted they have to eat too but that wasn't their only concern ya know. oh well at least laura swisher is hot.... i keep mentioning her but thats cuz I can, and I want her lol. well whatever next blog I will be returning to my format but expect random ranting from me to I don't even know what I'm saying half the time so this ought to be good and remember anybody who tries to sell you beachfromt property in North Dakota is probablly named Chaz Hudson and you should shoot him on sight

WHAT IT WAS

Well I did manage to get the classes I wanted. This semester I am taking Probability and Statistics 1, Macroeconomics, Existentialism, and Physical Science aka Biology for dummies lol. This is going to be a slightly tougher semester but I am trying to get a 4.0 regardless that is my goal, and so far so good. oh yes my car decided to have issues shortly after taking it to jiffy lube and getting the thumbs up on it...aint that a biscuit and a half...

WHAT IT IS

I'm enjoying the classes thus far, and I've come to find out I like riding the bus to school and besides it cost less than parking meters lol. On a bad note something not cool is going on with one of my friends at school and she won't tell me and whats worse she has stopped coming altogether it seems. I need to get a hold of her and try and get her not to make the same mistakes I did 2 almost 3 now (damn) years back. She is a stubborn one though but thats just her and she is cool people so I don't want anything bad to happen to her. On another note for the time being I have given up on having a certain somebody as a girlfriend as a matter of fact I have really given up on looking for the time being. The more I thought about it I decided to be honest with myself. I am not in any position to really be dating anybody I'm just to wishy washy about girls, and I have other priorities right now. For now I am just going to concentrate on getting good grades and finding a job . If during this time period I happen to meet a girl and we decide to date I say sweet but its not a top priority to look right now...besides there are no single girls in pittsburgh it seems and if they are its for a similar or jacked up reason. lemme see what else is up oh yeah its snowing like crazy up here not to mention its a nice comfortably frigid 10 degrees outside mmm winter...

WHAT IT SHALL BE
I got nothing planned other than school, and videogames in between studying...I'm also looking forward to the end of this fast cuz it has been difficult but at least i lost some weight..I just realized I forgot to mention that earlier but whatever its not being graded so shit if I care. oh and also speaking of weight loss new years resolutions aside i am going to attempt yet again to lose weight and besides my new years resolution was to quit smoking and since i never smoked in the first place I'm doing pretty darn good. well thats all it is time for a final thought

Wow what a way to start a new year. Well I am back the prodigal blogger has returned. I have much to say but first how bout a big hand to Mike Tyson for enriching all of us with his wit and wisdom lol.

first order of bizznass i think i am going to try a new thing here i got it from a song. What it was (whats been goin on), What it is (what i'm up to now), and What it shall be (what i'm going to be up to in the forseeable short term future). So lets try it shall we (^_^)

WHAT IT WAS

Alot has happened since i last posted I quit my job finally, I went back to school, and became a dead broke college student faster than i expected lol but i actually did quite well and am still very very happy with my decision. My friend Adam married his canadian love interest, and i think it was a legal one too nothing ordered off the internet lol. My fav football team the Washington Redskins stunk up the field this year but my 2nd fav team the steelers shocked the world wiping the floor with everyone for a 15-1 record who'd a thunk....hmm what else Thanksgiving came and that was fun, Christmas was awesome as always, and New Years has just passed thats about the gist of it for now.


WHAT IT IS

Well right about now I'm just playing around listening to music thinking about playing some videogames and contemplating what classes to take for the spring 05 semester which i better hurry up with cuz that starts like monday so in the words of super milk chan "You Dumb ASS!!!" that show is so stupid but i love it. I'm also currentlly thinking of a lovely lady whom I have a crush on yet have not seen since i met her and have not talked to in almost a month or maybe its less but it sure seems that long. I get caught up too easily this girl i barely know, and barely talk to is on my mind almost all the time. This is one of those is he crushing on the girl or is he just pathetic, or perhaps he's just crazy...only the french know and nobody likes them lol. well whatever it is its there so just gotta deal for now.


WHAT IT SHALL BE

Lets see i get to take my car in for an oil change tommorow and attempt to register for classes again i get to go to my buddy van's house and whoop his ass in street fighter 2 & 3 (how many times will it take before he realizes the simple truth....I RULE HIM) Then monday its time for the new semester and hopefully more success academically socially and all other ally's or something like that and that is all for now
